The context

Patient need.
A distinct research direction.

The clinical and commercial landscape informs our development strategy. Product differentiation must be established through NMG’s own studies.

01 / Patient need

~322,000projected new diagnoses

New invasive breast-cancer cases among U.S. women in 2026.

This is the broader disease burden. NMG’s eventual eligible patient population remains to be defined.

American Cancer Society · 2026 estimate: 321,910

02 / Commercial activity

$1.4BTrodelvy sales · 2025

Reported worldwide sales of an established TROP2-directed medicine.

Commercial context for the field. These sales do not estimate NMG’s market size or future revenue.

03 / NMG’s direction

Metabolic
oncology.

An ACC-inhibitor formulation for breast cancer, with improved therapeutic index as the development goal.

Preclinical development. TROP2-directed targeting is planned for evaluation.

The opportunity

Develop a differentiated
ACC-inhibitor formulation.

Our lead program pairs a metabolic mechanism—ACC1/ACC2 inhibition—with a formulation strategy intended to improve therapeutic index. The development question is whether changing delivery can preserve antitumor activity while improving tolerability relative to the unformulated inhibitor.

We are developing a specific therapeutic formulation. Reproducible manufacturing and comparative studies of activity, exposure, and tolerability will determine its product profile. TROP2-directed targeting is planned and requires validation.

Forward-looking statements

Statements about planned studies, targeting, therapeutic index, manufacturing, financing, partnerships, regulatory development, and future milestones reflect current expectations and involve risks and uncertainties. Actual results and timing may differ materially because of research outcomes, safety or efficacy findings, manufacturing challenges, intellectual-property or licensing matters, financing availability, and regulatory requirements. Preclinical findings do not establish clinical benefit. NMG’s investigational formulations have not been shown to be safe or effective in humans.
